The blue was really teal. You have to juggle the switch to get it to stay in the low seeing of the 3 way bulb

It's cute but I need to see it in the daylight to see the true color. Artificial light is very hard to determine anything in. I bought the lime because it matches a set of sheets I have. Seeing it in natural light will work best. I love the 1960s modern / mid century sort of style! In spite of the darker shade color which I love too, the lamp gives off good light. As everyone else has said the lamp is 25" tall and Wayfair is working on fixing that typo. I recommend it.
