Love the light fixture. However, the part that holds the shade to the fixture is WHITE and looks cheap and junky. See the picture. I called the company and he said he would pass that along to the product team. The brushed nickel one I bought did not have this problem. Update- I painted the white part and it looks great. I’ve provided a picture of the artist paint I used.

Great fixture. There is a switch under the fixture you must turn on for the lights to come on when you hit the switch on the wall.

I believe the upper mounting plate that attaches to the ceiling junction box is designed to sit outside of the drywall. The hole in my ceiling was slightly oversized so the upper mounting plate sat inside of the drywall. Thus, the screws that should go through the bottom cover plate were too short because the bottom cover plate was butting up against the drywall. I had to back off the screws between the mounting plate and junction box about 1/4" so that the mounting plate would sit lower. This isn't ideal because it is not fully secured. The manufacture should provide two screw lengths. One length for when the mounting plate sits outside the drywall, and one length for when the mounting plate sits inside the drywall. One of the upper light shafts was bent and not straight up and down. There is a bottom lamp spot with no clear recommendation for which bulb to use. I used a standard bulb, but it sticks out and doesn't look good. I guess I will do some research and figure out if there are shorter bulbs for this. But even if I do find one, there is no cover or lens that goes over the bottom lamp. So, the bottom bulb will still be exposed.

I order the gold one and it is stunning. It really updated my dining room. It was very easy to install and it was helpful to have the options of different downrod lengths.
