I love the design of these pendant lights, which makes this even more disappointing. Two of the three pendant lights arrived bent. Unfortunately, the damage wasn't apparent until they were professionally installed. Wayfair informed me that replacements were out of stock. Customer service was polite and refunded my protection plan, but I was disappointed that there was no assistance with the additional installation cost that I will incur to replace the damaged fixtures. My advice would be to inspect every pendant before installation. Wayfair could have at least given a store credit for goodwill. I obviously planned on keeping these, which is why I bought the additional warranty.

These look fantastic in my new house. They feel premium but came at a very good price. I got two for my island pendants.

I love this pendant, the texture gives it a nice unique look, it doesn’t put out a crazy amount of light output, but I really like it!
