The light itself is well made however we were missing 2 screws. Missing pieces seem to be a theme through many of the reviews for various products. Nothing is more disappointing than receiving a product that is incomplete. Their Quality Assurance department may need to improve their packing system. Luckily we were able to find some screws that would do. The instructions were not great. Thank goodness I live with someone who is quite handy otherwise we would have needed help.

I love this chandelier. It looks very classy in my apartment. The only thing I would point out is that it has a frosted glass below the light bulbs. I think it would be classier if it were open
