I was trying to purchase extra bulbs for my newly purchased lamps the Burrak 78" H 3-Light Dimmable Arc Floor Lamp with Remote and my Osblek 65" Traditional Floor Lamp also with a Remote Control. I called the store (1-866-263-8325) to ask what bulbs should I purchase that would work in my new remote controlled Lamps! The first person I talked with said she didn't all the spec's on those lamps, but the sales department would. So she transferred me over to someone by the name of "Nifhant". He assured me that these bulbs would work for both lamps! He was so sure about it, that he placed the order for me! When I got the bulbs they did not respond to the remote commands. Now I will have to find other uses for the bulbs I was erroneously sent. Thanks I think.
