They're light bulbs. They work as expected. Soft white is a good color for most indoor spaces throughout the day, though it should be noted that this isn't the same as "warm white". 1100 Lumens is quite bright, so they definitely are good at lighting up a whole room. That being said, for more than $30 for a pack of six, this is definitely an expensive buy. You can easily buy lightbulbs for much cheaper. Just make sure you don't skimp on brightness, since I think that's the most important part of buying lightbulbs.

My bathroom lighting was so blinding when I turned on the lights. I wanted something softer and these light bulbs work perfectly. The color of my bathroom is yellow and these light bulbs give off a soft, yellow color. Much easier in the eyes than bright white light bulbs.

The soft white dimmable 8 watt which is the equivalent to 75 watts works great in our ceiling fan in our breakfast nook. It also works well in our over the sink lamp fixtures in both our bathrooms. Great product and recommend

Love these lightbulbs they give off such a warm but bright soothing glow to the room I am using them in my dining room and they really make everything pop, light enough that you can see everything but not blindly bright
