Needed island lights in the kitchen that were decorative. These converters were not difficult to the install and these heavy lights are being held up fine.

Great help for replacing an old recessed light

it served it purpose but it doesn't leave room for the recessed can that remaining in the ceiling so the metal plate does not sit flush with the ceiling, exposing a gap. The plastic cover looks cheap

These were just what I needed to convert my recess lights so that I could jazz up my hallway and hang up some cute flush mount. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the screw holes do not line up “exact “ and that was a bit of a struggle.

These are terrific! I have converted several can lights in my house to decorative fixtures that also put out more light than a single can bulb does. I’m so glad I found these. They work perfect in either 4 or 6 inch can lights.
