Awesome lantern that allows solar recharging or with batteries that provide flexibility. But also the usb port and crank can charge a device which is even a clever design feature. Handy for blackouts!

It is lightweight plastic with a solar disk at the top. The light is led with so-so brightness. The hand crank tucks into a side cutout area and can charge the lamp on cloudy days. Or when power gets low. Havent tried the charger yet.

Not very bright. But it will do. I bought this mainly for power outages because it has so many ways to recharge it. But the fact is, it is NOT very bright so it only gets 3 stars for that factor alone.
