I purchased this fan in Aug 2022 - and purposely waited before leaving a review. It is absolutely beautiful with the how the crystals sparkle and exactly the look I wanted. The remote control feature is very helpful to have. From an operational perspective, it has run 24x7 throughout spring and summer months since being installed - and often during winter to help circulate heat - and still going strong! Cons Those beautiful crystals jingle on 2nd and 3rd speed, which can be disruptive during sleeping hours. And it is labor intensive to keep them clean and sparkly, because its not like I can take down the fan every time I want to clean it.I would also recommend having a professional electrician install as I was told it can be a little tricky. Otherwise I highly recommend this celing fan!
