Great light. Takes a while to install. Be patient with the crystals … it’s well worth it.

Beautiful chandelier! Install is pretty straightforward.

I purchased this chandelier about six months ago and was SO excited for it. I paid Wayfair for the installation because our ceilings go up to 25 ft high. What I didn’t realize is that Wayfair outsources their installations to Angi’s List contractors. The chandelier itself arrived on time. But when the “installer” showed up, things immediately felt off. A female was sitting in the car while a man—who I assumed was the installer—came inside. I asked if she was comfortable waiting outside for a long time because we didn’t want extra people in the house. He said she was fine waiting. Then the real problems started. He didn’t bring the correct ladder. My ceiling is 19 ft high, and he only had a small 6 ft ladder. We had to drive to Lowe’s and spend 300 on a proper ladder just so he could do the job. After the installation, I contacted Wayfair. They basically brushed me off and told me to contact Angi’s List. So I checked the installer information in the email—and that’s when I got REALLY upset. The installer listed on the work order was a woman. So who exactly was the man inside my house doing the work Why wasn’t he listed anywhere I normally check that information, but this time I didn’t—and now I see exactly why she stayed in the car. She probably needed her phone to show the job location so she could get credit without actually doing the work. For all I know, he couldn’t pass a background check and that was their workaround. This is extremely irresponsible on Angi’s part. They clearly aren’t verifying who is actually doing the work inside customers’ homes. Wayfair wasn’t any better. I spoke with management and they essentially didn’t care. Their attitude was, “Well, your light is up, right So what’s the problem” No accountability, no concern for safety, nothing. Between the wrong people showing up, lack of proper equipment, and both companies refusing to take responsibility, I definitely would not recommend either of them.

It’s a beauty. Although one of the beads was missing, Customer Service quickly rectified the issue for me. I didn’t realize how high my ceiling is, could’ve went with a longer size.
