It's a beautiful and elegant chandelier. The reason why I'm not giving it a 5 star is because when the electrician was adding the crystal rods he saw that the holes for the holders to go in were not there in many areas. He had to drill the holes in on many places, which he should not have had to do if it was made correctly. Some of the crystals did have some scratches as well. I didn't try to return it because I didn't want to have to call the electrician back to place the chandelier up again.
