On time delivery and packed very carefully. Spectacularly beautiful with silk like shade, droplet crystals, highlighted with gold. Placed in new black and white bathroom to add warmth and elegance. It does just that! 11 ft ceiling.

Our electrician installed the chandelier easily, however, when we put the globes on, the weight pulled the drum down. Upon inspection, the electrician discovered the drum had stripped threads. Now I'm stuck because I can't exchange or return. Don't buy this junk.
