Difficult to install. Hanging each individual piece takes a long time once it’s installed and they were all oily. Looks very pretty up so it was worth it

Love this chandelier! Would buy it again! Had a couple of broken pieces but Wayfair got me the replacement pieces out fast. I haven’t put them on yet though..Great customer service!

I’m trying to get in touch with this company. Two of my glass crystals are broken and I need two sent to me. They send the exact amount. They should send extras. Other than that I love it!
