Absolutely LOVE this! You do have to assemble all the crystals onto it but definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

It arrived on time. Packaged very nicely. Good size and heavy. The Chrystal’s are beautiful. Takes a minute to put together but they all do. My husband hung. He said it was pretty straight forward he did add a extra screw for support in support beam. I love it

I sent two photos of the underside of our light. We are missing the three screw in prongs that the crystal balls hang on. The second photo shows the underside so you can see the little screw in piece. We love the light! Can you send these pieces to us. ASAP! ( we have company coming I would love to have the lights up!)
