I love it! I am truly pleased. The quality is excellent. I had it hung the first week after I got it and its beautiful!

No instructions included. It comes in about 100 peices. The picture that was sent to us was not even the same chandelier. No help there. The gold color is very brassy. For what I paid it is passable. When I can afford it I will purchas a much better product.

Thank you Wayfair for having such a broad selection of chandeliers to choose from. I was looking to replace mine with another that had a similar look and I found it with this one. I've had it hanging for a couple of weeks now and am quite enjoying the glimmer and sparkle. The reason for not giving this one a 5 star is that the installation instruction lacked direction on how to work with the safety wire on a two tier chandelier. Thank goodness we had an electrician in the house! For those who are passionate about the sparkle, this is the chandelier to choose.

I splurged and got the Swarovski Strass crystal, since it was on clearance. I don't regret it! It is absolutely stunning! I have it hanging from a 16 foot ceiling in my living room. The chain was too short for my ceiling height, so I switched it out with a new dog run chain (hey - it was strong and matched the chrome finish, and you can't tell it's not a chandelier chain!) The frame is surprisingly light, yet strong, and the arms are actually made of acrylic, though you can't tell once it's installed. After adding the crystal, it's very heavy, and a challenge to install if you do it yourself. Assembling the arms was difficult to get them straight and evenly spaced. It was trial and error. To make it easier to hang the crystal before installation, my husband hung it on a 6-foot A-frame ladder, so it hung in the middle of the ladder, straddling it. If you're installing it for a shorter ceiling, you may want to attach the crystal after installation. [...] I'm very happy with my purchase! However, if you aren't handy with assembly and installation, you may want to get a pro to help.
