Packaged poorly into a box that was too small, causing the part containing the wires to protrude from the top of the box and subsequently damaged the wires, cutting through one of them. I will have to pay an electrician to splice them together because at don’t feel safe trying to hang it myself. Shame on you, Wayfair for allowing this to pass through your shipping department without someone placing it into a larger box. Poor quality control, and poor quality product.
