The adapter looks nice, but the opening size of the bracket is too small to accommodate the sending unit for the fan purchased. Beware! This is a huge problem, can’t use it w most. the manufacturers

It does what it’s supposed to do. Easy installation!

Adapter solid and would work for sloped ceilings; however, if you have a remote receiver it may not fit within cover. Ours was too wide and therefore had to return.
