Cosme 50" Tiffany Billiard Pool Table Light By RAM Game Room

I spent $1,400 on this lamp in Oct 2023. I kept it safe in it's box until I was ready to install in April 2023. It was in perfect shape when I opened it up and installed. On or around August 1, 2023 (3 months later from install) I go into my pool room to find this (see attached photos). The light is so poorly made that the ends were too heavy and broke off! The light is beautiful but the leading between the stained glass is thin and extremely weak resulting in THIS. Because the return policy is for 30 day max I have wasted $1,400!!! I will never shop at Wayfair again!!!! Don't go through the same heartbreak, save your money and purchase something from a more reputable dealer/distributor.

The light looks awesome. We had to reschedule our electrician twice as the dates we previously were to receive it, it never arrived. So now once again we are waiting for our electrician to install it for us. We ordered it on April 7th & it never arrived until April 22nd. The shipping was a nightmare!!!!

Original shipment came in damaged so I called and you resent item that took 8 weeks to get here for the replacement shipment that also came in damaged. Called and was told I would get a refund and I still haven’t received my refund. Been waiting since Dec 10 keep getting run around. I am thinking twice about ever ordering from you again.

An awesome buy at a great price. Well put together, solid and arrived in a sturdy box with plenty of packaging to protect the glass.
