Lampe fantaisie Mendocino

Perfect little lamp! Stylish and unusual.

The lap itself is attractive and fits perfectly in the space on a bookshelf. However, the on/off switch on the cord is about a foot away from the lamp, meaning you have to reach down behind the shelf to turn on. Awkward.

Beautiful lamp I ordered two.

The Mendocino Cocoa Leaves Novelty lamp is beautiful. So much so that we bought three, the multi colored, white and orange lamps. These lamps are very well made and quite unique. Love them!

The lamp is very cute. The color is pretty, although I haven’t seen it lit yet. My only wish would have been to have the onoff switch at the base of the lamp or a few inches from the lamp on the cord. The cord is about 6 ft long and the switch is halfway on the cord. I wanted to use this on my nightstand that is right next to the bed, so once plugged in behind the bed the onoff switch is three feet behind the bed. Now I either can’t use it on the nightstand or I need an extension cord, which will require either leaving the switch on the floor next to the nightstand or wrapping up three ft of cord between the lamp and the switch and laying that on the nightstand and somehow holding it down with something. That will look like a mess. though. I think the cord is a strange choice for the lamp. it is cute though
