I received the product in a very damaged inner box. It was evident that it had been purchased and returned. There were QC stickers on the box which, I can only imagine meant it had been inspected by quality control and deemed fit for resell. It seemed fine until AFTER my husband installed it. Which included shortening the electrical wires and chain. When I began installing the glass globes and bulbs I found that the fixture has dents and scratches. Obviously someone dropped it. I did not buy this from a scratch and dent sale. I paid FULL price for a new light. Im calling CS to see what the will do.

Very nice looking

We like it so much we bought a 2nd one for our eating nook. Looks very sleek and updated.

I love the look, but it is cheap quality. It scratches extremely easily. The legs are not evenly shaped. Some legs stretch out longer than others. This causes an uneven look.
