This beautiful lamp was broken. Styrofoam crushed and went everywhere. Was quite a chore to clean up. It came from China and I figured it wasn’t packed well for the trip so did not request a replacement.

The first lampshade that came in was unfortunately broken— It wasnt packaged very well, so I wasnt entirely surprised — but I sent in a report and they immediately sent out a replacement which was in one piece! It is a bit wobbly when placed on a thick carpet, so if you plan to have it sitting out in the open, rhats something to be aware of. I have it behind my couch and it has been safe there. I also replaced regular bulbs with stained glass bulbs which you can order online, and the colors you get with them are GORGEOUS.

The lamp is very pretty, but it arrived broken. The lampshade itself and the base were both defective.

Arrived as pictured but the glass panels had gaps. The longer it was set up, the larger the gaps appeared. Tried to return but it wasn't an option.

This light looks great in my living room. I’m so happy with it.
