Well box arrived after being delayed because it was damaged and label unreadable. Box was crushed and looked like it was hit by a truck... not sure if it was a shipping issue or if someone put a bunch of return pieces in a box and shipped them to us. No hardware, no paperwork or instructions at all, parts missing including the center finial to hold the large shade onto the chandelier. Not happy at all, would be pretty, but this is a total ;)&;;$ show!

Absolutely gorgeous! I would give 5 stars, but putting it together is a B***H! Once it’s put together and hung up…STUNNING!
