Good Afternoon, This is part of a larger order which Wayfair considers as 3 orders I feel one. I originally ordered duplex switch plates, however, found I needed square electrical plugs versus the round ones. There are special electrical plugs if the plugs are near a sink(water). It would have been nice if Wayfair had gone above and beyond and said something about the Water Law. When you have ordered the wrong item and going to replace it with the proper one, I feel a bit much to discount for delivery. I was given a store credit versus a refund to my Mastercard. Purchased the Ocean Blue rocker switch rather than have a credit at Wayfair. Seems to be a lot of confusion in regards to "Open Box". If it is available on the website why is it not considered a sale? So you do not come back to me and say it is not available and refund the money. It is available on the website as "open box" at twice the price (no guarantee) what just happen will not happen again! Option- Buy the new one for three times the price. Could you please respond! you did not respond to my other review. Have a good day regards Barbara
