My fan motor is making a constant “motir” noise while running …. How to stop it

Editing post now that the light stopped working. What a waste of money and I had to fire an electrician to put it up. From the get go he said he had trouble with the light wire connecting. Now fast forward to a couple of months after it was put up, the light doesn’t work. The fan does but something with the light wiring isn’t connecting. I wasted money on the fan and installation and will need to pay someone to take it down bc I no longer get light in my office. From the box, it looks very nice… I have not had a chance to put it up yet so I can’t come on speed or functionality. I will come back and update the post with a picture once it’s installed.

The fan has several speeds and the light can be dimmed and changed to different hues. It’s very nice looking.
