Well this is not so good. The glass shade was broken. I tried to contact the support at Bella Depot to let them know it appears that the glass shade broke during transportation from the manufacturer. There was inadequate foam packaging material in the bottom of the box. That’s where the glass shade was broken near the bottom. What a rip off! Save your money and don’t buy this brand. Pay a few bucks more and buy a fan made by Hunter.

This is a beautiful fan however I received a defective one and the professional that I hired to install it was unable to because the screws were misaligned. I will not be purchasing any more items like this from Wayfair. When it comes to decor that I have purchased in the past I have had no issues but with items such as this I would prefer to purchase from other retailers with better quality products.

Absolutely beautiful. Love the solid wood blades. Looks really nice with the tongue and groove ceiling.

I love this fan, it don’t buy this brand wayfair sent me two additional replacements a total of 3 fans before I got one that worked
