Purchased new but the box arrived clearly opened. Small screw packaging was cut open. One of the blades arrived damaged but it from shipping because the wooden part that had broken off was not in the box.

This light was very easy to install. I love the look of it. The color matches what I thought it was online. I love the options of the different settings for speed of the fan. One of the blades came damaged and they shipped me out new ones quickly.

Great design, very quiet and puts off a lot of air motion. Very happy with the purchase! Natural wood with black gives it a modern touch of class. I used it in my office and love it.

Beautiful and quiet! I could not believe how much air this gave off with little to know sound! Look great in our space as well.
