Love the final results . It took time to install and the handbook wasnt explain it clearly. Once you get the first one done, the 2nd one was easy.

I really want to love these fans. They are beautiful. But I've had multiple issues with them. I initially bought three, had issues with two and had to return. Got replacements, 1 of them didn't work, got another replacement, that didn't work. Separate issues each time. Update - ALL three of the fans I bought now have issues with remote. Most of them the fan will not work at all. When I try to turn the fan on I just get a loud buzzing. One of them if I spin the fan myself before turning on, it will work, but if I stop and restart it still buzzes. NO SUPPORT from Wayfair. I accidentally did not purchase insurance for these and no way to add on. Outside of 90 days I'm screwed. I replaced one of the remote receivers and remotes, and now it works. Guess I have to buy all new receivers and remotes on my dime because Wayfair's customer services is non-existent anymore. And no way to contact the manufacturer.

Installed easy…. Didn’t come with batteries for the remote but not a big deal

We bought this fan during a renovation and it was installed but not used because we were not yet living in the house. Now that we are in we went to use the fan and it does not work. Since the 30 days have past we can not get a refund! We had it check but can’t be fixed. Be sure you you double check if you buy

This fan is great! It not only matches my decor, but it has excellent lighting and blades that turn either way (for summer or winter use) with just a touch on the remote! And the price was so reasonable. Thanks, Wayfair!
