I was impressed by the light weight and high-quality feel of this fan. Installation was relatively simple, though wrestling to hold the unit with one hand while crimping the wires was a bit of a challenge. Note that the instructions only show the black and white wires, but there is also a green/white ground wire on the casing too. Overall, it's a great purchase—the light illuminates the room well and the fan circulates the air perfectly.
