Was well packaged...quality product...my only complaint is part of the hardware was gold...from the picture I expected for all the hardware to be black...the only good part is you can only see the gold if you are looking at the shade from the top

Gorgeous lamp! Simple, elegant and very sturdy. So happy with this purchase.

Lamp looks great in our living room. I gave it 4 stars because the online images made it look like the hardware was all black. However the harp and finial are bright gold which is an eyesore.
