Luminaire suspendu en forme de larme à 1 lumière Raymonde

I purchased all 3 lights for above my kitchen island. If you look closely, all 3 of the lights, all of them are not centered. The electrician who installed the lighting claims that the shaft and the light socket comes as one unit and cannot be adjusted. It is the manufacturer defect. He did not want to bend it and may cause fracture to the shaft, the lightbulbs, and the glass itself. He tried to center the shaft and lightbulb the best he can to be centered. And as a result, it is completely off centered and unacceptable!!! We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. I purchased this product a month ago thinking that the electrician can install them earlier. But unfortunately, it was installed after the 30 day period. Therefore, it can not be returned. Eventhough it was installed yesterday. It couldn't be installed any earlier. Contractors run behind and that's just the way it is. Yesterday was when we discovered its defect and some missing parts. This is a very bad experience for me. I highly deter anyone from purchasing this product. It's beautiful in the picture until it's installed.
