Yunus 74'' LED Arched Floor Lamp

It’s beautiful and subtle. The light is warm and the perfect addition to our space.

It’s a very nice design yet the lamp came with a small dent in the white plastic cover that has not been able to recover now that we’ve owned this lamp for weeks. The lamp came in a box that marked Gray (the color we ordered) and the lamp is actually Black. The connection between the stand and the LED lights isn’t that smooth and there is a slight awkward curve. It did cross my mind that this could be an open box (returned item) and when I inspected the box, the tape seemed original although the box isn’t marked Yunnus nor Wrought Studio (as advertised).

Just received my Yunus 74” Arched Floor Lamp yesterday. As indicated by the five stars, we already “Love” this lamp. Talk about unique, stylish, highly functional while being an attention grabber. Many lamps are unique and stylish but, fail to deliver the appropriate “lighting” for the area it serves. This lamp delivers in all categories. However, when first opening the box, I wasn’t overly thrilled by one significant realization the dimmer switch isn’t on the light frame itself (as indicated by replies to questions asked). Nor is it a “slide” dimmer (as shown on the product description page). I bought this lamp understanding the dimmer was on the frame making it easily accessed while sitting. Not at all the case. ONOFF AND DIMMER SWITCH “It’s a “floor” switch wired into the frame at the base of the lamp frame.” The onoff plastic round button shaped “floor” switch is “also” the dimmer switch. Using your foot, you press hard enough to “click” the light on and off. To increasedecrease the dimming, you lightly press down on the same switch. Doing so, the light slowly brightens andor dims. As to the range of brightdim, excellent as far as I’m concerned. Fortunately, the switch is “not” on the power cord. It’s on its own cord allowing much easier placement…which is how I made the switch work best for me. Using double stick Velcro, I simply attached the switch to the side of the end table where I sit. Doing so, the switch is easily accessible by hand, allowing me complete control of the lamp without having to get up. Works perfectly! Problem solved. (Had I been stuck with this being a floor switch, I would have returned it. I didn’t want to have to be getting up and down to adjust the lighting or, turning it off and on.) Other points The base is of ample weight to support the lamp. The lamp frame is well constructed and solid. As to the light being emitted, when first turning it on, you’ll discover it’s an off-white. I was initially concerned it wasn’t bright enough to read by. But, turns out it’s not only plenty bright enough, it’s a very comfortable light that even when at its brightest, you’re not bothered by it, nor is anyone else in the room. Very comfortable for reading and casual ambient lighting. As to assembly a bit tricky and definitely takes two. Connecting the two halves of the Arch, you’re actually “rolling” the one half into the other. No big deal but, it’s a tight fit. The problem I encountered was, there’s some type fitted protective cover over the entire length of the light that fits into small channels on both sides of the light. As you handle the light, this light “shield” can pop out easily, but, easily pops back in place. The problem is, this “shield” extends far enough down that when you connect the two Pieces of the Arch, about an inch or so of the covering bunches up before you get the upper Arch far enough in to screw in the two locking knob screws. Although I was able to slide the cover in along the track, doing so made the fit too tight to allow further movement of the two pieces. Although I wasn’t able to lineup the holes of both arches to use the two thumb screws, the fit is tight enough that there’s zero concern of any problem. Bottomline a full 5 stars on all features. Love this lamp and, well worth the heavier price tag. *** Just remember, this comes with a floor switch and no “slide” dimmer switch.)

A bit of customization needed on installation, beside that looks great

Looks and works great! I'm only giving 4-stars because when inserting the light part into the arc part, it scratched a bit. I can touch it up, but I was not thrilled about that since I hadn't even turned it on yet. Otherwise all seems fine and it gives a really nice overall glow to the room.
