Got a call from the manufacturer and they told me my first order of this stand would not be able to be fulfilled and they would refund my money. So I waited a couple days like the man said and ordered it again. Both were sent, even though he told me they would have to cancel my order. When I talked to your customer service person on chat, they said I would still have to pay $20 to return the duplicate. That is horrible customer service! I've never been treated this way by Wayfair before. That is a horrible way to treat your customer. I even offered her the phone number of the manufacturer that called me ... Made no difference to her. Horrible service!
