This camera is all right, but the app that you need to use isn't that user friendly. This camera is definitely more security-focused and needs to be hard mounted and hard wired for power. Ours got mounted to monitor the back yard. The picture quality is really good on this camera and it works better than most in low light. It's a bit difficult to setup and takes some configuring so if you aren't a tech geek, invite your geeky nephew over the day you want to set it up.

I really like this camera. It’s easy to put together, has a very good picture and not to big. I would like it a little smaller but it still works. I also wish the camera had more flexibility with the view but again, I think it works well for my needs.

Easy to install camera with the plug in option. Unbox to install took not long at all. Requires its own app but is compatible with Alexa (if you use), so that might take getting used to. Clear camera (as can be seen).

I am very impressed by this security camera. It is a solid unit that appears to be well made. My college-aged son installed it next to my garage door for a full view of the front and walk-way up to my front door. The picture is crisp, clear and in color. There are so many options to personalize the views and playback. I chose to use a micro sd card in lieu of the cloud for motion detection playback. It auto connects to the home wifi and has a voice option to talk to visitors. I am going to see how it goes for the next few months and then consider purchasing more units for full back outdoor coverage. UPDATE Device has suddenly stopped connecting to my wifi only 3 days after initial setup. Tried everything suggested in instructions multiple times, no luck. Customer service is unavailable.

I was disappointed with this. We had to buy quite a few things so that it could be hooked up outside. I do like the idea that you can download that app onto your phone and see it that way. You also can use Alexa if you use Alexa a lot. After we got everything else up there it was easy to install. The camera quality is pretty good. Better than I expected

We have had this camera over a year. The camera pictured is not what we have. The new design looks like it would eliminate our issue with spiders making it a home. The app frankly sucks. I can no longer playback anything. And the alarm feature as well as the speaker has not worked for about 9 months. What we have it for is to guard seasonal property. However it with the features not working we are looking for something else.
