The base of lamp was dented and it came with a European outlet and I had to buy a converter.

Don’t normally write reviews, but this one merits a positive review. Also felt others needed better pictures. (see day and nighttime photos) Lamp is perfect for mid century modern design. We use as dining light. Shipped from Holland. Excellent high quality Dutch craft. Worth the wait for shipping time. Pro Tip: The plug is European. Be sure you have a Euro-to-North American adapter.

Beautiful arc lamp - really nicely made though assembly instructions were basic diagrams only, no real directions.
