4000K e26 standard light bulbs are very difficult to find. I believe Wayfair is the only business to offer these for sale. The light is a very bright clean white light. Not like 2300 or 2800K light that's too yellow, or 5000K light that is "operating theater" horrible blue. This Kelvin light color properly illuminates many different colors properly, making the room they're in look great, from wood tones to the colors in fabrics, paints, carpeting, paintings, etc. These bulbs are the best quality illumination available in a standard light bulb..
