This 1-light wall sconce is an ideal reading light and one that doesn’t take up any space on your desk or nightstand. It’s made from bronze in a variety of finishes and includes a glass shade. We love that its swing arm is adjustable, so this light shines wherever you need it. A cord cover is included for a clean look but, if you’d rather hardwire this wall sconce, its cord is removable. It’s compatible with a dimmer switch, and you have the option to mount it facing up or down. Plus, a lightbulb is included.

These are fantastic! They really add to our bedroom in a way that looks high end. Installation was not difficult (see below for a tiny caveat) and the materials feel well made. Two thoughts: 1. If you aren’t hardwiring, there is a pole to mask the power cord. On both lamps, the cord would go 95% of the way through and get stuck. If you put the cord through going the opposite direction, it worked perfectly…but you can’t do that because the male end has to screw into the lamp itself. I finally tied some dental floss around the cord and pulled it through. 2. The “dimmable” part is a mystery at the moment because the included bulbs don’t dim.
