This class 2, UL & cUL wet location listed enclosed electronic power supply is used to power 24V outdoor tape light. There are two power supplies available for 24V outdoor tape light: SKU # PS-24DC-A96P-WE is for plug-and-play applications and can plug-in directly to a receptacle. SKU # PS-24DC-U96R-WE is for hardwired applications. Both power supplies have male-to-female connectors on the low-voltage strip light side that can be tightened to create a secure water-tight connection. Both power supplies are IP67 factory sealed for complete protection against ingress of dust and airborne particles with protection against water and liquids up to and including immersion in up to one metre of water for up to 30 minutes.

This class 2 and class P, UL & cUL listed enclosed electronic power supply is the perfect solution for wiring multiple low voltage fixtures. Class 2 power supplys are intrinsicallysafer power supplys because they are compartmentalized to allow no greater than 5 amps of current to be drawn on each compartment. Enclosure cover is easy to remove. Power supply hasknockouts on three sides with clips for line voltage wiring. Secondary wiring for class 2 power supplys do not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. This power supplyhas a low minimum load requirement of 6W to allow the use of LED products. May be dimmed using a TRIAC or electronic low voltage dimmer.
