So I love this fan, BUT wish a couple things were different. I bought this to go along with my other Tiffany shade fan. Now that I have it installed, I want to replace my other fan with this one. So the electrician said this was easy to install. I enjoy their being 3 different lighting options, but the remote only lets you change it by turning off and on. The other downside is that I can not dim the lights any. Other than that I have no complaints. It is very quite and does not wobble any like the other fan. Im not going to lie at first I was defeated because I wasnt able to hang this with the existing fixture that we there. Turns out I needed someone who knew what they were doing. The longest part was actually attaching the pieces to the light. It was hung in less than 10 minutes. The light is not too bright with these bulbs which I like. The fan has great speed. Just replaced a 21 year old standard gold ceiling fan with this BEAUTIFUL Fandelier. Installation up high is not easy. The fan / light combo is heavy and two people would be needed to do it right. Our issue is the instructions. It is obvious they were translated into English. Another issue: there are NO instructions for how to operate the remote. There are notes for what the buttons are but not how to use the remote. They are needed to make the light work correctly. We did an online search with no positive result.
