The picture light is exactly as described. I purchased the gold the handle moves up and down for direction of light. And the remote adjust the color of light. We received our Retractable Picture Light, and i didnt realize how a light can make such a difference in adding elegance to artwork. It took about 20 minutes to install as we wanted it level. A small plate is what you attach to the wall because the light is removable.so it can be charged, it comes with a remote and three different light settings and is dimmable, and has 3 timer choices.
