Very disappointed! I ordered these two lamps back in October 2019. these lamps came without the bottom screws on the post. So I was not able to connect it to the base. I called Wayfair and requested the parts. I was told they would send it to me asap. December came and went due to my travel I forgot about it. Beginning of January 2020 I called wayfair and was told they parts were in back order but that I would get it by end of January 2020. While on a meeting in late February I got a text informing that the lamps were on the way. To my surprise I was not expecting lamps but parts so, I was a bit concern and called them and explained I did not order new lamps I just needed the parts. I was told not to worry my card was not charged. When I got home a few days later I noticed the boxes. I open one box all looks good. I think its best to have two people instead of one putting it together as the Electrical cord tends to tangle up while screwing the parts to make the post. I was able to put the lamp and it looks wonderful. When I opened the other box I got very disapointed as the glass shade was broken. Again, I had to call Wayfair to get it replaced. I was told they will send it so that I would have it by next week. I won't be in town next week. Anyhow, the reason I ordered these lamps is because the area in my bedroom where the night stand needs to go is very narrow. I though the Brazelton would fit perfect after I took the measurements. The lamp that I put together I was able to put behind the night stand so that it would allow more space on top of the tables. It looks good and I am happy with the lamps. Not happy for having so much problems and having to wait which I am still waiting on the replacement. Very important to me is Customer Service. I find wayfair customer service exceptional.
