bought this second fan for our guest bedroom- installation was challenging as there was no text with only pictorial steps, but any homeowner with moderate skills can accomplish it in under 2 hours(as long as existing wires are done a certified electrician- ours were under a ceiling cover already for a light fixture etc)- but we do love and enjoy the fan/light combo and modern look! would recommend to a friend!!. Pleased so far! It blows air and lights the room well. It is also relatively quiet. I appreciate the various lighting options and the range of fan speeds. Although my husband is handy, he's not an electrician. Yet he put it up in about 30 minutes and said it was easy to do. I had no issues pairing with the app, but my husband hasn't been able to do so. Otherwise, everything has been intuitive with the controls. We'll see how it holds up over time, but it seems sturdy enough. I ordered an "open box" one in white (although it looks black in this photo). I don't think it had even been opened! Great value! Hubby says we should order more for other rooms!. Aubrey.
