It’s a beautiful piece, however the cords came twisted and no amount of untangling could fix them. My step dad had to cut the wires, fix the cords, and then rewire them all by himself. It took him 2 hours and 45 minutes to get everything to my liking. There was white stuff all over my cords too, but I was able to wipe it off with some scrubbing with a wet wipe. Over all, this task may have been impossible if I didn’t have someone that knew how to rewire things. I don’t think it was priced accordingly even on sale, for the hassle it took to even get it ready to be hung. The warm light feature isn’t as warm as I want but it’s still better than the cool white florescent light I used to have. The dimming feature is very nice! I am happy with it.. Roo. Lexington, KY.
