Tipping its cap to designer Hans-Agne Jakobsson, Lonnie rethinks the materiality of his classic umbrella-shaped shade. In this interpretation, the frame of the shade is wrapped in Bleached Abaca rope, allowing light to pass through. As a design detail, the Vintage Gold Leaf stem suspending the shade appears to pierce through the entire fixture, finishing in a decorative sphere. Super cute light! We got it for our children’s play room and love it. It adds a whimsical and cozy feel. My kids were so excited when they saw it because it made the room feel like it was just for them. I like that it looks like a real cloud the way the light shines through it. This japanese -style silk chandelier has a diameter of 40cm, a lamp height of 12cm, a basic diameter of 10cm and a length of suspension wire. It is made of silk and iron fabric.

This is a beautiful piece, but in the end it is a failure. The "three colors of light" are not selectable. You have to turn the light off and on again and again until you cycle through the three colors of light -- cold white, soft white, amber -- until you get to the one you want. It's embarrassing if you're with people, and annoying if you're alone. There is a bar of steel across the exterior top of the fixture.
