The post lamp was everything it was advertised to be, and a perfect match for our existing garage lamps. The only potential issue for prospective self installers... three small holes are required to be drilled in your existing post... for the mounting screws... instructions say to make these 1/16" diameter. I quickly realized this was too small, when the first brass screw sheared off when installing with a screwdriver. I went up in size to 7/64" and the next two installed as intended... fortunately I was able to use one of the old screws to replace the one that had broken.
