We received lamps with no usb ports and no light bulbs. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to deal with it and they want me to keep wrong lamps w discount. Can’t speak to anyone on phone and no one in USA. I won’t be buying from this company again. The Invoice says lamps have usb ports but they don’t. Replacements have been ordered but I bet those don’t have usb ports either. I think they say they have ports but want you to buy over priced lamps without ports. Or have you reorder wrong ones so you need to try to resend them back and not get a full refund. There’s no way these lamps are worth 189 dollars!
