bought this second fan for our guest bedroom- installation was challenging as there was no text with only pictorial steps, but any homeowner with moderate skills can accomplish it in under 2 hours(as long as existing wires are done a certified electrician- ours were under a ceiling cover already for a light fixture etc)- but we do love and enjoy the fan/light combo and modern look! would recommend to a friend!!. Beautiful fan! Still adjusting to having a remote control for our fan - in a good way.
