We absolutely love this light above our dining room table! Installation was easy, but you’ll need two people. It is easily adjusted to hang at the desired level. The screws to lengthen or shorten the hangin cords are outside the housing so you can adjust the height after it’s hung (if you don’t use the small plastic clips that come on the end of the cords). The fixture weight is light enough that you don’t need the clips the adjustment screws will easily maintain the correct height. The light is a very pleasing warm white. You’ll need a dimmer because this thing is bright! It spreads the light very evenly over our 6x8 table and then some. It also provides a pleasing amount of up lighting.
