I am shocked at the amount of detailed stats this medical-grade smart scale provides! I have used an older version of an Arboleaf smart scale, but it was nothing like this upgraded model. It paired immediately with my cell phone and was ready to go in seconds. I thought the pull-up handle would be awkward, but it's not. It was comfortable in my hands and easy to pull up as well as hold while the results for all health categories popped up. It took less than 20 seconds for the readings to come up. In addition to the standard smart scale measurements (hydration, body fat, BMI, muscle mass, skeletal mass, etc.), it also shows where you are low, normal, or high in both fat and muscle density in the upper body, trunk, and lower extremities. The electrodes start at the top of your body and measure down to the bottoms of your feet; it measures everything for your full body! I like that the screen is eye level so you don't have to bend down to read your numbers. You can read your stats on the screen itself and see extremely detailed readings on the app on your phone. It tracks everything for you so you can see how you are progressing. I am so thrilled with this scale and feel it is extremely reliable. I love that I can measure everything at home now; no special scale or calipers at the gym are needed. I looked at several models and brands and am very happy I chose this one. It feels solid and well-made; it's easy to use, and I highly recommend it. I feel great about this purchase, and I consider it a smart investment in my health.

I am really excited to use the scale and see my progression. It measured body mass index and percentage of fat and bone density and also visceral fat, which is really insightful. I’m eager to see how scores change over overtime, and this is great tool for that..

I really like this scale. It provides a lot of detailed information—some of it was so in-depth that I had to look up a few terms to better understand them. One feature I found especially helpful is that it compares your results to averages for people of your age, height, and size, showing where you fall on the spectrum. The app also lets you set goals and shows the body composition metrics you’ll need to achieve them. It’s very easy to use. Simply download the app, and it guides you through the setup process step by step.

This is a really cool scale. I love it. It has all sorts of things you can check out— BMI, in addition to just weight. The design is sleek and modern. It doesn’t show fingerprints easily. It also pairs with an app on your phone for tracking purposes. A great find!

Really nice scale, I wish the base was slightly wider. The app seems easy to use and is supported on iOS. I’m not sure if I’ll use all the tech each time I weigh myself but it’s a cool feature to have. It did take the intal weight a few times to register to the app but that could have been user error. Hopefully it’ll be a helpful tool on my health journey.
