Felt perfectly comfortable for my stiff neck when I first slept on it, but over the course of a few hours seemed too soft for me. I need firmer support, although this pillow might be fine for someone else.

I was a bit skeptical that this would alleviate my neck pain. I currently have a contour pillow which is more firm, but I was pleasantly surprised that this is actually comfortable and is helping with my neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this pillow and it helps with neck pain. However, I personally cannot sleep on it for an entire night. I use it for naps. I bought some for my elderly mother and she absolutely loves them and says she has never slept better.
