[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice quality pillow. The outside case is definitely cooling. I’ve never had a pillow with that kind of technology. I can sleep on it all night and it still feels cool on my face. As far as comfort, the pillow itself is a foam/rubber-like material. It performs like a Tempurpedic, in that it is supportive but spongy and soft. Because it is not your typical polyfil style, it is pretty solid and has some weight to it. I did feel like this particular pillow was slightly too firm for me, but I am often a stomach sleeper. Over all, I was impressed with this pillow and think it would be a great option for someone who sleeps hot or likes a firm, supportive pillow.
